The Baltimore Station Hosts Gov Wes Moore on Martin Luther King Jr. Day

The Baltimore Station, a non-profit offering therapeutic residential treatment and transitional housing programs to support veterans experiencing homelessness and other obstacles, hosted Maryland Gov. Wes Moore, Acting Secretary of the Department of Service and Civic Innovation (DSCI) Jonny Dorsey, and members of DSCI for a volunteer lunch service on January 19, 2026, in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Gov. Moore, along with volunteers from DSCI, had the opportunity to meet with The Baltimore Station’s veterans, leadership team, and serve and enjoy lunch with the group.

The D&A PR team worked alongside the Governor’s Office to invite media to the event and secure media placements with WBAL and WJZ for The Baltimore Station.
