Alexiana "Lexi" Gaither, Account Executive

Born and raised in Maryland, Lexi received her bachelor’s degree in mass communication with a focus in advertising & public relations from Towson University in 2015. Hoping to dive deeper into the marketing field, she decided to pursue graduate school and earned her master’s degree in emerging media from Loyola University Maryland in 2018.

After graduation, Lexi launched her marketing career with a role at a nonprofit healthcare institution operating in Westminster and Baltimore, Maryland. There, she was introduced to the Devaney & Associates team as one of their clients and worked alongside D&A on a variety of creative campaigns and publications. In 2022, Lexi accepted a marketing position with a prominent commercial real estate company in Baltimore, where she focused on event planning and client communication.

Today, Lexi brings her diverse marketing experience and passion for customer relations to Devaney & Associates as an Account Executive. She’s excited to begin this new chapter while reuniting with the D&A team. Lexi is also looking forward to embracing the agency setting and helping a variety of clients achieve their unique marketing goals. When she’s not fostering client relationships, Lexi enjoys spending time with her friends and family, taking care of her shih tzu puppy, and cheering on the Baltimore Ravens during football season.
