Devaney & Associates would like to congratulate our very own founder and CEO Diane Devaney, who has been recognized by the Baltimore Business Journal as a 2023 Enterprising Woman of Excellence! The Baltimore Business Journal’s Enterprising Women of Excellence Award recognizes women leaders who have excelled in their industry by showing innovation, perseverance, and great success. They are mentors who are trying to cultivate the next generation of leaders, as well.

Diane was recognized on August 3, along with 16 other women business leaders, for her outstanding achievements, during a special ceremony and breakfast. Diane also had the opportunity to address the audience and expressed her gratitude to her clients, staff, family, and friends while stressing the importance of diversity in the workplace.

Also honored were Devaney & Associates clients, Ali Von Paris, founder and owner of Route One Apparel, and Barb Clapp, CEO of Dwyer Workforce Development. Congratulations to all 17 Enterprising Women of Excellence honorees!
