Diane presented to nearly 40 leaders from diverse nonprofits around the state, walking them through a proven six-step process for creating a powerful positioning statement that resonates with your key stakeholders.

Attendees left the workshop knowing how to conduct a discovery workshop to get at the heart of their organization’s identity and analyze their audiences and competition.
