As a Devaney & Associates graphic designer, you’ll be able to get your creative juices flowing, bring ideas to life, and create jaw-dropping visuals for all media as part of our award-winning advertising, marketing, and public relations team. This is a great opportunity to learn from a seasoned creative team and work your way up the agency career ladder.
This is a full-time, hybrid position. Candidates are expected to work on-site Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at our beloved (and possibly haunted!) Trentham Mansion in Owings Mills, Maryland.
Salary Range
$44,000–$54,000 annually

What we’re looking for:
We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and passionate about learning. The ideal candidate embraces innovation, including AI-powered tools and modern digital marketing technologies, and is excited about contributing to client success while building a rewarding career in design.
- Bachelor’s degree – major in digital arts, graphic design, or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of work/internship experience preferred
- Proven portfolio showcasing work across different media
- A strong understanding of digital design applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to think and design creatively within brand guidelines and beyond
- A sharp eye for detail and a desire for perfection
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Flexible attitude and willingness to adapt ideas to the needs of clients
- A self-starter with a passionate work ethic and desire to learn from a creative team of art directors and copywriters
Working knowledge of the following is required:
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Front-end web design using WordPress
- Basic CSS & HTML
- Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint)
