Baltimore Medical System (BMS) recently opened its newest community health center, BMS at Rosedale. The Avenue News spoke with Shirley Sutton, CEO of BMS, about the new, modern facility that will provide a comprehensive suite of primary care services for as many as 15,000 patients in Eastern Baltimore County.
