D&A’s Work for Carroll Hospital featured in Marketing Healthcare Today

Marketing Healthcare Today, a national quarterly publication, has profiled Devaney & Associates’ and Carroll Hospital’s “Health Esteem” campaign in its latest issue. It is one of just 5 campaigns from across the nation to be featured in this edition.

The Health Esteem campaign has also been honored with Silver Awards by two national healthcare marketing competitions (Aster Awards and Healthcare Advertising Awards) and received the 2019 Award of Excellence for Community Relations from the Mid-Atlantic Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development.

The campaign’s goal was to promote Care Connect, a free health navigation service designed to connect community members with solutions to all their healthcare questions. The campaign succeeded in boosting call volumes to the service by 7.3% and achieved a digital newspaper ad clickthrough rate 24x higher than the industry benchmark for all display advertising.
