For more than 50 years, Tuerk House has transformed lives by providing help and hope for enduring recovery to individuals, families and communities in the Baltimore metropolitan area who are struggling with addiction to alcohol and/or drugs. The non-profit organization recently marked the opening of its newest addition – The Andre Kennedy Center for Integrated Behavioral Health and Urgent Care. This valuable new resource offers the local community access to outpatient therapy and treatment for mental health disorders, medication-assisted therapy for substance use disorders, and walk-in medical care for non-emergent illnesses and injuries.
